VR-Perimetry

Subject: VR-Perimetry
Abstract: Smartphone-based devices can be used to assess visual field defects in a similar way to conventional SAP. The undeniable advantage of head-mounted perimeters is their ability to be used regardless of where the patient is located. The software Sb-C to perform visual field assessment can be easily downloaded to a smartphone as the SmartCampiTracker app. The app enables the patient to perform the visual field examination at home using a smartphone and a head-mounted display. The workflow is as follows: The patient downloads the app SmartCampiTracker, registers, and performs the smartphone-based campimetry using the software Sb-C. The visual field data are stored on the app. The patient can request a remote medical grading. Within the app, the patient can view his or her latest and all previous findings.
